◆ 利用方法

  1. お届け先を変更したい旨を事前にご連絡ください。(ご注文番号・ご注文者様のフルネームを必ず記載してください)
  2. こちらのページを単品でカートに入れ、お支払いページへお進みください🛒(ゲスト購入不可)
  3. 名義の確認をするために請求先欄のご注文者様のフルネームおよび連絡先は変更せずにお手続きをお願いします。
  4. 配送先欄にご希望の配達先、およびお受取人様の詳細をご入力ください。(電話番号も必須です)
  5. 0円のお会計であることを確認し、決済を完了をしてください。
  6. 送り先を変更して発送をさせていただきます。

  • 当店では発送のミスを防ぐため、原則配送先変更はお断りを致しております。次回以降はご注文時に配送先欄にてご指定をお願い申し上げます。
  • 指貸しによるお届け先変更は原則お断りを致しております。商品の受け渡しはお客様ご自身でお願いいたします。
  • 沖縄県、および海外への配送先変更はできません。
  • 事前にご連絡がない場合、注文が紐付いていない場合はお手続きをいただいてもご対応はできません。

Will there be a restock?

As a general rule, there will be no restocking.

Many of the products we handle are ordered approximately one year before their release date and are produced exclusively for that purpose.

In addition, many brands focus on minimalist production so they do not overproduce, hold excess inventory, or reproduce products.

Therefore, many of the products on sale will be sold out once stock is depleted.

How many days will it take to ship?

Orders from within Japan are generally shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and store holidays).

Due to the high volume of orders, shipping may take some time, so please be sure to shop in good time.

Overseas shipping is done every Tuesday and Thursday.

Can I request gift wrapping?

Sorry, we are currently not offering gift wrapping services.

Can I return or exchange the product?

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please check the size carefully before purchasing.

If the product is defective, you can apply for an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving the product. Please check the product as soon as possible after receiving it.

Precautions regarding overseas products

Since quality standards for products from overseas brands differ from those in Japan, we inspect them based on the brand's own quality standards.
Please note that unless there is significant hindrance to use, products in the following conditions or similar are sold as good products and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Bent, dented, dirty, or torn brand tags, outer boxes, or other accessories
  • Incorrect size on brand tag, traces of handwritten corrections, sticker marks, etc.
  • Misaligned backstitches and backstitches, and careless thread handling
  • Chalk pen stain
  • Stitching defects that do not affect safety or durability
  • Mixed yarn (yarn of a different color than the product is mixed into the fabric)
