注文後の色およびサイズの変更は一切お受けできませんのでご注意下さい。 - 原則キャンセルはお受けしておりません。
やむを得ずキャンセルをされる場合は商品代金の70%がキャンセル料金として発生いたします。詳しくはお問い合わせ下さい。 - 受注生産品のため、メーカー都合により納期が前後することがございます。お急ぎの方はご購入をお控えください。
- 発送予定時期は余裕をもって設定しておりますが、あくまでもメーカー提示の納期のため当店の差配により変更できるものではございません。前後する可能性があることを十分にご理解の上ご購入をお願いいたします。
- 大変稀ではございますが、自然災害などの世界情勢によりやむを得ず商品がお届けできない場合がございます。メーカー都合によるキャンセルは全額返金でご対応させていただきます。
- 発注から3-4ヶ月ほどかけて丁寧に作られるお品です。お届け前に引っ越し等で住所が変わる場合はお問い合わせページより必ずご連絡をお願いいたします。

Since quality standards for products from overseas brands differ from those in Japan, we inspect them based on the brand's own quality standards.
Please note that unless there is significant hindrance to use, products in the following conditions or similar are sold as good products and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Bent, dented, dirty, or torn brand tags, outer boxes, or other accessories
- Incorrect size on brand tag, traces of handwritten corrections, sticker marks, etc.
- Misaligned backstitches and backstitches, and careless thread handling
- Chalk pen stain
- Stitching defects that do not affect safety or durability
