Timing and method of payment

・Your order will be confirmed if payment is made within 3 days of purchase via bank transfer.
If payment is not made by the due date, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Special Terms and Conditions for Returns

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

If the product is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
Since this is an overseas product, we sell it as a good product even if it has rough stitching or small fraying.
If we find that the item is in a condition that significantly impairs its use, we will only replace it with a new, unused item.
Please note that if we are unable to exchange an item due to it being out of stock, we will provide a refund.
