◆ How to Order

1. Please select your preferred product from the list of items eligible for the Babytoly order event (here).
2. Please select a size and add it to your cart.
3. Please fill in your desired color in the "Remarks" section at the bottom of the cart.
   If you are ordering multiple items or items that allow for multiple color selections, please specify the breakdown as well.
4. Your reservation will be completed once payment is completed.

◆ SIZE selection advice


It is slightly compact for the age.
Unless you prefer a just-right size, we recommend sizing up.

◆ MATERIAL

Organic cotton 100%

◆ CARE & WASH

We recommend hand washing with water below 30% or using the delicate mode of the washing machine.
If using a washing machine, please be sure to put it in a net and wash it, then perform a short spin for a cleaner finish.

When drying, it is recommended to shape it and lay it flat.
Please do not use hot water as it may cause shrinkage and fading.
No bleach, no tumble dryer

◆ Notes for the order event

• This product is a one-of-a-kind item produced specifically according to the customer's wishes.
  Please note that changes to color and size after ordering cannot be accepted.
• In principle, cancellations are not accepted.
  If you must cancel, a cancellation fee of 70% of the product price will be incurred. Please contact us for details.
• As this is a made-to-order product, delivery times may vary due to manufacturer circumstances. If you are in a hurry, please refrain from purchasing.
• The expected shipping time is set with some leeway, but it is based on the manufacturer's indicated delivery time and cannot be changed by our store's arrangements. Please fully understand that there is a possibility of changes before purchasing.
• Although it is very rare, there may be cases where products cannot be delivered due to natural disasters or global circumstances. Cancellations due to manufacturer circumstances will be fully refunded.
• This item is carefully made over a period of 3-4 months from the order. If your address changes due to moving before delivery, please be sure to contact us through the inquiry page.
